Recipe for Salted caramel old fashioned

I was having lunch out with my office yaars yesterday. It was one of those work lunches to prep for a big brief. Everything was going well when suddenly the bill arrived and it was as if people inherently knew to split the bill. You must be wondering why am I talking about this. When this happened, I was reminded of how I used to ask my college yaars to pay the canteen bill because I was too broke to even exist

  • 60ml Lagavulin 16 year-old
  • 15ml fresh ginger juice
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Top with either soda or hot water depending on your taste

Highball Glass/Wine Glass


Either shake the first four ingredients and strain over ice into a highball glass and top with soda or add the first four ingredients into a wine glass and top with boiling water.

Extra Tip

This drink can be served cold or warm depending on your taste.
